- SASNW AthleticsJun 17, 20265.0The maintenance guys are nice, both of them. They helped me bring in packages several times and even hold the door for the elderly. I’m unsure why customers treat the grounds like a dump, almost like they don’t have home training. The lady with silver hair and the bald guy are always pleasant and helpful despite the long lines. I know their job seems easy, but when 10 people come in at once and don’t know what size box they want or forget an address by the time they get to the counter it has to be frustrating.

For at least 5 minutes I stood there with no one to wait on me. Finally, someone else came in behind me and he finally came to wait on me. Seemed very unsure of his job and nervous. I hope my package gets to its destination. Won’t be returning. Taneytown branch is so much better.
