- KCKC CooperAug 20, 20265.0I wish I could give 10 stars. I went to apply for my passport and from the time I walked and out the door. The staff were amazing! Friendly and everyone greeted you with a smile. It was very comfortable and efficient. I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank you!

- CBCora BleclicAug 14, 20261.0I rely on USPS for my small business orders, and they often don't scan in packages dropped off at the dropbox, which is now costing me business because FB marketplace automatically refunds orders when the shipping hasn't been updated after 7 days. I'm absolutely furious because this is my ENTIRE LIVELIHOOD. It's NOT OKAY to skip scanning until it's literally out for delivery. This is like the 20th time it's happened since 2024, & I'm tempted to file via small claims because I can't afford to lose any money. I can BARELY afford basic necessities, & this reoccurring problem DRASTICALLY impacts my life. PLEASE START SCANNING THEM ALL IN, IT'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!!

- SASNW AthleticsJun 17, 20265.0The maintenance guys are nice, both of them. They helped me bring in packages several times and even hold the door for the elderly. I’m unsure why customers treat the grounds like a dump, almost like they don’t have home training. The lady with silver hair and the bald guy are always pleasant and helpful despite the long lines. I know their job seems easy, but when 10 people come in at once and don’t know what size box they want or forget an address by the time they get to the counter it has to be frustrating.
