- BLBella Love1 day ago5.0HUGE shout out to Tatyana!! Of course, I didn't realize this Post Office closed at 5pm. I arrived exactly 5 minutes before closing. There was a sign that said "This entrance is closed", and I sadly thought I would have to figure out the self service machine. However, it never hurts to double check, right. Sure enough, she reassured me that she could assist and I had nothing to worry about. She was EXTREMELY helpful and patiently walked me through filing out the needed slips. My receipt shows 5:04pm, so I was able to timestamp my court documents, without having to go to UPS! I'm soooo grateful for her time, kindness, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! It is truly appreciated.
- ADA. Durning4 days ago2.0Please stop letting people hand you a filled out address change card without checking ID and scanning. We dont want to have to make an extra trip back to the post office weeks later to do this and be verified and have our mail held up longer. Thanks.

- AVAvionna VaughanApr 25, 20261.0My package was supposed to arrive April 17 It says my package arrived in WALDORF and is in transit to the next facility when it needs to be in transit to my house. It has been a week and one day and I still have not received my package. I stopped by the post office yesterday when I got into the facility the self service machine was broken and no one was there that was around 3:30 PM. The automated system said that they were at lunch. I waited around until 4:30 PM when I first got there at 3:30 PM. There were about eight people that were upset and that we’re not being Serviced as I waited around for an hour until 4:30 PM. I watched over 20 people go in and out the post office who were upset and we’re not getting service. One individual called the post office and they were not helped by customer service as they were supposed to be I tried calling the post office. I reached the automated number and they would not let me talk to a live representative. This is ridiculous. This is terrible service and we as the people want answers.
