  This post office does know what they are doing. I did a change of address in February of this year to forward my mail to my new address. I still have not received any forwarding address.This office and the Distribution Office around the corner never answers their phone. I been calling for weeks. Why have a phone for customer's to call if they won't answer it.☹️

  Horrible, disrespectful and incompetent staff and supervisor. We weren't informed that the system was down until we got there. Then they sent us to another location without informing the staff at that location that we were coming for a passport appointment. Went there and the staff couldn't attend to us because they said nobody called them. Went back there to speak with a staff member and all she could say was "this is more than my paycheck, im just a secretary, my supervisor should have called them before sending you there. Shes saying all of these in a very nonchalant manner. Later she called the supervisor and she asked us to wait. We kept on waiting but the supervisor who asked us to wait never showed up. Finally I went to the counter and asked what was happening still couldn't speak with someone who says she's a supervisor. I am almost 7 months pregnant, had to take my kids from school to bring them for an appointment that never took place. The supervisor kept us waiting but never showed up until we left. My husband also took off from his job just for us to go through this. No customer service or professionalism. This location is terrible and I would not wish to ever have any encounter with them. This was a very bad experience

  Always closed early when I go.extremely inconvenient. Workers are friendly here so I like coming to this location but never close at correct time.

  HUGE shout out to Tatyana!! Of course, I didn't realize this Post Office closed at 5pm. I arrived exactly 5 minutes before closing. There was a sign that said "This entrance is closed", and I sadly thought I would have to figure out the self service machine. However, it never hurts to double check, right. Sure enough, she reassured me that she could assist and I had nothing to worry about. She was EXTREMELY helpful and patiently walked me through filing out the needed slips. My receipt shows 5:04pm, so I was able to timestamp my court documents, without having to go to UPS! I'm soooo grateful for her time, kindness, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! It is truly appreciated.
