- DJDelema JohnsonMay 2, 20261.0Please drive to another location. Those women they have working in there have the nastiest attitudes. They treat you like you’re bothering them and you could have just walked in the door. I will drive to Waldorf before I ever go back in there.
- FFFunkadafied FunkadafiedApr 27, 20261.0The Largo, MD location used to have a notice up that mentioned due to homeless people hanging around, they would open at 6am and close at 7pm for customers to check their PO Boxes, Ect. However, that is not true, the doors seem to still be locked at 6am. They also took down their hourly notice. So how will customers know their actual hours? This is not good for those who stop by before/after work, school, ect. So far, this is the ONLY location that locks their doors like this. This should be handled a bit more professionally. When will this get resolved?
- LPLaChelle PrinceApr 21, 20261.0Went in to get passports done for my two young children. Waited in line for about 10-15 minutes. There were only two people working. When I walked up and told the man that I had an appointment for passports he asked did I have the pictures. I told him no because on the usps website, it states that they take the pictures. He then told me they didn’t do pictures there. Made me go to another location near by to get pictures taken. Once I got back I told them I was ready to give them the documents. The passport agent came out and told me that I missed my appointment while looking at her watch. I informed her that I was there on time and had to go up the street to another location to get pictures taken since they weren’t able to do them at the post office. She asked for the documents then asked did I have another form of identification. I told her no because that wasn’t required. She told me I had to come back and rolled her eyes and called the next person before I could even finish talking to her. Wasted an hour there. Terrible customer service. I will be going to another location to get their passports done.
