  This place is awful. I mean this is my second or third priority express mail that “half left the office” but her never made it to the destination and tracking stops at “left the post office” not to mention rude Rushing u when asking for details of to where to send it. Wouldn’t be shocked if it was stolen

  This establishment is cursed and the staff are some of the saddest government employees I’ve ever met. I attempted to send out 40!!!!! wedding save the dates through a mailbox outside of the building. After waiting 2 months and not hearing a single reply I went to the post office to investigate. The staff were really pissed I had the audacity to inquire about how they lost my mail. They ended up telling me that it’s a known fact that people steal mail out of THEIR mailbox and i was sort of foolish for trusting that mail box. Im not a big review writer but the public should know that this Post office is THE SINGLE LAST PLACE YOU SHOULD EVER SEND MAIL YOU CARE ABOUT.

  This post office is so helpful! Despite always being busy, they are very kind. I went through the passport process here. I was so grateful I chose them.

  This branch is exceptionally skilled at coming up with new and exciting reasons why they can't ship things for me. Most recently I was told that a package was too wide to fit on the scale. I suggested standing it on its much narrower end but apparently this was impossible for the clerk. Which is weird, because when I then went to the branch in Towson they immediately shipped it with no problem whatsoever, and I even had a nice chat about music with the clerk. Don't use this branch, the staff is exceptionally rude and dismissive. Also there's no handicapped entrance.

  We had a passport appointment for two people for 10:15, which was scheduled a month in advance. When we arrived, we were told the camera doesn’t work and we should have received a call (we did not) and that we could go try to get pictures but there is no grace period so they couldn’t promise we’d be seen once we returned. We finally found a place to do pictures and came back only to be told they could only squeeze in one of the two. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal but what made it such an awful experience was that the staff were rude and seemed to enjoy making it as bad of an experience as they possibly could, which is not great when you have two screaming babies who were clearly ready to be anywhere else but there. Frustrated and disappointed with our neighborhood post office. Note to anyone who sees this, especially if you have little ones: if you need passport services, go to the library!
