- BGBradford G6 days ago1.0Make sure you arrive at this post-office location 10 minutes or more before 1 PM because this branch is entitled to a 5 minute or more "wash up time" before they take their lunch break and will lock the door. If you are inside this post office branch during the wash up period, you will be locked in the branch and will need to get a worker to unlock the door for you to leave. The "wash period" policy is also not posted on their branch door for customers to be aware of this policy.

After about 15 minutes an employee only helping one customer, another employee came out and insisted that everyone with prepaid packages get out of line and leave them on the counter because the line was “too long” (about 5 people). Against my better judgement I complied and then it took them FIVE DAYS to scan my packages in. I almost lost out on $700 worth of sales because they didn’t want to let me wait in line. Don’t even bother with this location, go to Gleneagle instead. It’s close and I have been shipping there for almost 10 years and never had a single issue.
