  I’ve used many UPS Stores and this location has been by far my worst experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I go there, I encounter the same employee, and the experience feels focused on charging for every tiny thing rather than helping customers. For example, at virtually every UPS Store I’ve ever used, if you already have a shipping label, using a few inches of tape to attach it to your package is done as a courtesy. Here, I was asked to pay $1 just for a small piece of tape. It’s not just about the money — it’s the complete lack of customer service and willingness to help. Other UPS locations often make reasonable efforts to assist customers and create a positive experience. At this location, every interaction feels transactional and unwelcoming. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after repeated experiences, I would absolutely not recommend this UPS Store to anyone.

  Disappointed with the UPS Store in Towson. Seems like there may have been a mistake with the pricing because I was charged $0.99 for tape and $5 for a simple shipping bag. The costs just didn’t seem reasonable for such basic packing materials. Left feeling frustrated with the experience overall.

  I requested pickup and packing service of a valuable item won at auction. Fragile glass item had a single piece of bubble wrap and tossed in a box with a few loose boxes and a handful of packing peanuts. Now I have an expensive pile of broken glass.

  The new management and employees are not good. No customer service. You are just a number to them. You are not greeted. They charged me $1 to tape my box . The other management and employees never did that! Yes I can afford a $1. The past management were very nice and accommodating. So sad.

  Manager, who claims to also be the owner, decided to close the store early and refused to let me in even though it was not the 4:00 p.m. posted closing time on the door. I called the store and he answered trying to claim that his clocks said that it was 4:00 p.m. Sir, we all go off satellite time, so your clock must be really off... even though I stress to him on the phone the importance of getting the package mailed he didn't care. Not a good way to do business ..
