  I was waiting in line to do an Amazon return and watched a poor elderly woman be treated so rudely by a curly brown haired female employee. She was short with her. Rolled her eyes. Sighed heavily. This lady was doing her best, you could have too! I know everyone goes through something but that doesn’t mean you take it out on others. Your job is customer service. I made a formal complaint but just in case no one does anything there, I hope this employee sees and is embarrassed for her actions today.

  All of my items were marked incorrectly and even when I showed the manager the shelf marker she said sorry. But the price was still double at the register! Don't trust the prices!

  Called ahead of time about using transfer paper at the self printing station, spoke to a female worker on the phone, where she told me that as long as the paper fits in the printer, it will work. Got to Staples and attempted to print as was instructed, the print didn’t work so I asked the staff what the issue was. They told me that I essentially broke their printer and they would have to take about 50 pages to repair it. Made me feel like an idiot when someone on the phone legitimately told me I could use it that way. The worker that I spoke to was nice, but the same cannot be said about the people that he told not to tell customers they can use transfer paper. They denied telling me that this was allowed and tried to make me look like the one in the wrong, I am disappointed because I spent my money for nothing. Hopefully the staff can improve their customer service and their knowledge of their own machines.
