Before the Canada Post strike, a friend in Sykesville handed over a package to your office worth $100+. It's destination? BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA. And where is it now, you ask? ELDORADO, BOGOTA, COLOMBIA. The complete opposite direction of Canada. This review should have the option of zero stars. When also dealing with customer service, the lady was very annoyed with me asking her to speak up as she was mumbling, and I had hearing problems. She acknowledged herself that the package was indeed supposed to be going to Canada, but insisted that it was on its way to "its destination in Colombia". Ma'am, respectfully, you need to be given an atlas to study. My friend has told me that the lady he dealt with the day of the package drop-off at this location was very much in her own world, and very careless, seeming done with her job. This is unacceptable. I have never dealt with such an incompetent post office in my whole life, and neither has my friend. Return my package to the sender safely with no damage or theft and this review may have a star or two added.
