They are too lazy to look in the box and if you have mail outgoing in your box, they will let it fall on the ground and not pick it up! Absolutely unbelievable! I know why people have stopped using the postal service. I think you all need to wise up with your customer service or you will be out of your jobs! You SUCK

- PWpat whiteJan 24, 20145.0A car ran into and knocked our mailbox off the post and it really wasn't fixable, coldest snap in years. My mail carrier was kind enough to toss my mail in the mail box while it was on the ground. I'm sad to say I don't know their name but that was great service. Like the old days when they weren't just people bringing you the mail, they're neighbors.
