I put in a change of address that was supposed to take affect on the 25th of last month, I’m still waiting for my mail and I live out of state so driving there to fix the problem again is out of the question. This is the second time they’ve done this to me and lost my mail.

Lost of missing mail from this USPS. We can see the mail we missed on informed delivery but when we go to ask they just tell us to wait and the mail never shows up. Once when we complained suddenly 3 of missing junk mail came though but the really important ones go missing.

Was expecting a package today to be delivered at 2 pm to a business location. We were open at 8 but it says “business was closed” at 10 a.m. no attempts were made to read the multiple POSTED SIGNS on the door that say deliver to back of store which is extremely accessible! You can’t speak to an actual person when calling either just a robot. Extremely lazy and disappointing.

I got to the Stensville, MD post office at 4:56 PM with my four packages all taped up in priority mail boxes. The doors were still open. All I needed was priority mailing labels to address. They said they didn’t have the priority mailing labels and I’d just have to write on the boxes. The ladies there were rushing me and said their truck was waiting to depart. They said there was no time because their driver was waiting. I had to carry out my four priority boxes which my husband had just carried in for me. Oh yeah I’d had tendon surgery and was still in a hard boot. The ladies were nasty and unprofessional, and not at all helpful. I understand folks wanting / needing to get off of work on time, but I have NEVER been refused service at a post office when I was in while it was still open. My packages didn’t need to go out with that driver. I was fine with them going out the next morning. I will avoid this post office. The folks at the Chester 21619 post office are so nice. They close at 4:30 so that’s why I went to Stevensville. I recently moved to Kent Island and this experience left me ready to cry and sad. Come on,ladies, be helpful, be empathetic. Be professional!

The carriers for this post office are the laziest I’ve ever experienced. They often stuff my mailbox with items (boxes) that should be delivered to the porch instead. The latest was when I was expecting the ashes of my beloved pet and instead received the dreaded pink slip with ‘pet memorial’ hand written on it. I was home at the time of that ‘failed’ delivery and they didn’t have the common courtesy to attempt to drop it at my door. Now I have to be late for work bc they don’t even open til 9am. Absolutely awful postal service!
