- MBMark BrethJun 5, 20261.0Get charged postage when shipping was free. Priority mail that neer arrives at it's destination and can't get straight answers from anyone. Not to mention, that you type in your email address and never get your tracking receipt. Also the same routine, notification says your package was delivered but hasn't actually been put in your mailbox. Why send that notification if yes it made it to the post office but you actually can't pick it up. That notification should be sent after as it is put in your mailbox. I would think for a small quaint waterside town, employees would take a little more interest in their customers! NOT.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness — something that’s hard to find these days. Tee goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers feel taken care of, not rushed or overlooked. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and her community. Whether you’re mailing a package, handling something time-sensitive, or just stopping in with a question, Tee and her team are always helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. This post office sets the bar high, and it’s all thanks to outstanding leadership. Highly recommend!
- TKTricia & Russell KnightAug 12, 20255.0I would just like to share my experience with Solomon post,we had some urgent vaccines to be delivered from Honiara to Vanuatu, John and his team went over and above to make sure they were delivered and refrigerated on arrival he sent strict instructions via email to the manager of Vanuatu post to ensure this happened,these guys are the best of the best and can’t recommend them highly enough they perform 110%. Highly recommended this service to anyone needing to get their items to the right place in the right time. Thank you John and all your amazing team 🙏🙏🙏
- NSNick SApr 22, 20212.0Friendly staff but very inefficient. We continuously get someone else's mail even after telling them repeatedly they are delivering to the wrong address. We asked them to hold our mail and they failed to do that. Lately our mail is going to our neighbor for no apparent reason.
