Smith and the staff at Solomons are very pleasant, professional, organized, and are a joy to deal with no matter how busy the post office is. Ms. Smith is very knowledgeable about the USPS system and very kind when helping me with anything I might need. She goes above and beyond to make sure all the customers are provided for. You can tell all the employees like working there! I also love that they take the time to decorate the lobby seasonally.. it's fun for everyone that comes into the post office. The Solomons location represents the USPS well! Thank you for all you do!
- MBMark BrethJun 5, 20261.0Get charged postage when shipping was free. Priority mail that neer arrives at it's destination and can't get straight answers from anyone. Not to mention, that you type in your email address and never get your tracking receipt. Also the same routine, notification says your package was delivered but hasn't actually been put in your mailbox. Why send that notification if yes it made it to the post office but you actually can't pick it up. That notification should be sent after as it is put in your mailbox. I would think for a small quaint waterside town, employees would take a little more interest in their customers! NOT.
