- XBXiaoyan Bao6 days ago1.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this USPS location. I clearly explained that I wanted regular mail service, but the staff insisted that I use a service costing over $21. When I asked for regular service, the staff was not polite and told me to stand aside and wait. I felt that I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully. Because of the way I was spoken to and treated, I felt discriminated against and eventually called the police because I did not feel comfortable with the situation. I hope USPS will review this incident and provide better customer service and respectful treatment to all customers.
- MDMuhammad daudJun 29, 20261.0People here including the manager and the stuff have multiple time told me that they will not take my parcels because once I had 5 and this time I had 13 of them but they said take it somewhere else, where should I take it it has USPS pre paid label just because they are lazy they are not willing to help you and manager and the stuff are too rude every time I have come here.
