  I had a passport appointment today, but they never showed up—they weren't available for appointments today—and when I arrived 15 minutes early, they said they don't do passport appointments on Tuesdays. Yet, nobody even sent a cancellation message.

  I usually don't have problems here but I came in one and two staff members were trashing a coworker. There were several F bombs in the conversation. I'm not offended by swearing but I didn't need to hear all that. Then I had a box go missing. I asked if they had any boxes that the label might have fallen off. I sell online and I decorate my packages with stickers. I thought that information was helpful. But I was treated like I asked the most stupid request she had ever gotten. I gave the tracking number. One the bottom of the slip it was noted I called customer service in Atlanta. She told me that's why the package was missing. I mislabeled it to GA. Seriously? She was either lying to get rid of me or she really believed the Atlanta part. Left very upset. This hurts my business.

  I stopped at this post office simply to mail a get-well card to my mother, and the customer service I received was unnecessarily cold and rude. The employee helping me, Martinson, acted as though assisting a customer was an inconvenience. What really stood out was that when it came time for me to rate the service on the customer screen, she quickly advanced past the rating page before I had the opportunity to make a selection. Considering how she had treated me, it was hard not to wonder if that was intentional. If you work in a customer-facing position, basic courtesy should not be too much to expect. If you’re that unhappy dealing with the public, perhaps a customer service job simply isn’t the right fit. I came in to mail a get-well card to my mother. I certainly didn’t expect to leave feeling like I had inconvenienced someone just by being a customer.

  This is one of the worst post offices when it comes to back room staff. In may/ June I placed two mail holds for 3 weeks only to return and find my mail on the floor in the condo including my bank statement . Traveling again and placed mail hold only to find mail in my mailbox
