- NSNaturalife SoapJul 20, 20262.0If you need help at the counter and can get to see Ana, it’s always a good experience. If you need self service in the lobby during off hours, just know that the priority boxes have been removed and the self serve machine for mailing packages is unavailable more than 50% of the time. I tried using this PO for mailing packages for a small business but have had to go elsewhere because the package self serve is not working way more that it works. I’ve wasted so many trips there only to find the machine down. Super frustrating.
- JCJ CJul 20, 20261.0I scheduled a passport appointment a couple days ago, Not only was it difficult to schedule online none of the times were available. Not their fault, I arrive on time to my scheduled appointment today. I stood in line, waiting for my turn the lady in charge of the passports ( so I thought) Let a family cut in front of me when it was finally my turn I was told that the person in charge of the Passports had called out, and her replacement had gone home sick, and the replacement of the replacement was occupied with someone else and that after she was done with them, she was going to take lunch and there was no guarantee if she’ll attend me until two hours after my schedule time. Completely unprofessional they should’ve just canceled appointments instead of doing this monkey in the middle thing of making people go back-and-forth. People have jobs and lives to attend to.
- ECEmerald CarterJul 18, 20261.0Scheduled my passport appointment weeks in advance, received the email confirmation about my appointment the next day, go all the way to the post office in 100 degree weather and air quality alert, waited in line, when it was my turn I was told there was only 1 person working and all passport appointments were cancelled. No notification or ANYTHING. First and last experience at this post office.
