The employee was efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Mailing costs are not cheap, but the post office is usually competitive with other services. I had a great experience.

Today there was one person working (as usual), and he was on his phone having a loud personal conversation on speakerphone while he worked. Line was out the door. Awful - worth driving pretty much anywhere else to avoid.
