He was chill and patient, I appreciated his directness without judgement (I don't mail things often and wasn't 100% certain on my needs). Parking is limited and/or metered street parking.

Asked the person working the desk who simply told me it "wouldn't happen" today without making any eye contact and offered no additional information. After prodding, told me to come back the next day or reschedule, but I am not sure why I would trust them to keep any appointment. This location is fine for dropping off mail, don't recommend it for anything else.

There is another lady and man in the back that comes to the front and help out one or two people then walk away to leave that poor Lady stressing out. There are huge lines don’t expect to be out between 20-30 minutes I promise you it will take up to 1-2 hours due to only one person working. They need to hire more people this is unacceptable.
