I mean you can get service here but be prepared to wait 30 minutes. Despite the 3-4 employees working, only one is working the counter. I usually only go to drop off packages with shipping labels already attached. There are always long lines and slow service.

Just came to ask for a package that was misplaced by their mailman. I was told to wait at the counter for someone from the back to help out. No one came. I wasn't expecting much, but I got even less. I would post zero stars if I could.

Dorian, the representative assisting customers at the front, was truly exceptional. He demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism, taking the time to thoughtfully address every question—no matter how challenging—with genuine care and attention.
What stood out most was his ability to balance thoroughness with efficiency. He handled each interaction with precision, composure, and a consistently positive demeanor, making the entire experience both smooth and reassuring. It’s clear he takes great pride in providing outstanding service.

They didn’t have stamps and only one person was working even though there were other employees present. They also had a long line and didn’t tell anyone they didn’t have any stamps at all (not one and no books).

Terrible, slow service. Do not expect to get out of here in less than 30 minutes. Parking is limited to on-street metered spots. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Prices on everything are getting jacked up to boot.
