  Ketan helped me with notarizing, printing, and scanning documents, and he did an excellent job. The service was amazing — very professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate the great customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing notary or document services.

  I never had an issue with this store before until today I went to the store to return a package and two guy employee was there talking. There was a very white looking taller guy, Thick in body that was very rude and clearly doesn’t have no customer service skill or he was just racist. I went in the store and I was there for like 15 seconds or 20 seconds, (in a hurry for work) waiting on them to finish there conversation. I waved to the older guy that was there and he (Mr. Rude) answered saying I should wait and if I don’t have any patience, I should go to another store. I was definitely there arguing with him until another Customer came in lighter skin And hair looking like his and that’s when he came up to that customer immediately saying “hello sir, how are you doing today? Therefore, I wasn’t a customer that deserved that kind of welcome to him and this UPS location need to fix that with this guy because he’s acting like he owns the place. He was very rude.

  Walked in not sure if services I needed were available at the time I arrived. I was received warmly and treated with utmost respect and told what to do and guided throughout the process. Both attendants were very polite, knowledgeable and also surprising very friendly. I would always return to this UPS outlet for all transactions. Great service. I recommend them highly. 10/10

  The staff at this UPS location on outlet drive in Briggs Channey are very polite, patient and professional. They attend to you promptly, answering questions you may have. I also love that the place is very clean. I truly enjoy my experience each time I go in there. Kudos!

  I visited The UPS Store # 5409 for notary service and had an excellent experience. The notary was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was handled correctly.
