  I had some music wirebound. It was done very sloppily and does not sit on a music rack. I want my money back.

  Very useless printing area. I always print at staples and have always been satisfied, except at this one location. They refused to print one piece of paper for the same day, you would have to come back the next day. To me, that is useless. If it was a big order that needed any additional service like cutting, then it would make sense. For one sheet of paper, it was ridiculous.

  I haven't even been to the store yet, but I called to ask questions about printing our newsletter, and I have been on hold for 9 minutes now just waiting for someone to answer the phone. I still have not spoke to..... they just picked up... after a 3 second conversation I am now waiting for the manager. As of now I have been on hold for another 5 minutes, which gave me the chance to read all of the reviews and it's a rap!!! I'm going to Kinko's!!!!
