Absolutely terrible experience. My mother came here to send some packages and was treated terribly by the employee assisting her. On top of working incredibly slowly and taking about two hours to handle a simple task, the employee was extremely discriminatory. Because my mother is Hispanic, she actually demanded to see proof of her citizenship, claiming she couldn't use their shipping services without it. This racist and hostile behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of profiling, harassment, and utter incompetence just to mail a box. Avoid this location at all costs.

The location was clean and well organized. Donna was fantastic—professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. I will definitely use this DHL shipping location again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, friendly service.
