I received a notification that it was delivered to my front door/porch. When I got home there was no package. Ring camera footage showed the mailman pull up in front of my house at the exact time the notification stated it was delivered, however the footage showed he never exited the vehicle. I have filed multiple complaints & am still not receiving my mail. I have lived many places & this is the first time I’ve had an issue with my mail being stolen/tampered with.

I have never been so frustrated and disappointed as I am today, I was publicly discriminated by said employee. I visited this location multiple times in hopes of getting fingerprints done, every time I was greeted by the same employee, every time she told me to come back some other day/time until I finally asked if she could give me a time and day when I can get this done, she finally told me to just go elsewhere because she “had too much going on to help me” when the lobby was completely empty. Her tone and demeanor was repulsive and I can’t help but feel discriminated against. If you are offering these services you should at least be willing to provide them. This lady should be ashamed of her behavior.
- KJKaren JonesApr 16, 20261.0Mail carrier is marking packages and mail delivered and then is not actually delivering the item. She claims she misdelivered and supposedly "finds" the package sometimes. Some items are never recovered including high value items. Once is an accident. Multiple incidents shows intent. The residents along postal carrier's route in Severn, Maryland, out of this location continue to be victimized and nothing is being done to stop suspected mail theft and tampering. If you are a victim or know someone who is, 1. file an online police report with the AA Co. PD. 2. File a report requesting an investigation with the USPIS online. 3. File a complaint for missing mail on the USPS.com website. 4. Send a written complaint to the USPS Consumer Advocate 475 L'Enfant Plaza SW Washington DC 20260-0004. Only as a community will this tampering and theft stop. Obviously, the USPS is not going to properly investigate these crimes.
