- PSPierce SolbergJul 1, 20261.0Came here for a passport appointment and left feeling like the person who helped me, couldn’t have been any less useful to us. The woman acted like it was a severe inconvenience to be helping us with a passport, had a palpable unprofessionalism, and we left feeling like a federal USPS worker should leave their job if they don’t like to be there. I’d recommend going to the USPS office elsewhere as most of these folks act like their job is the last place they’d like to be. PSA: if you hate your job, please leave it and don’t make others suffer at your expense.

- ALAntonia LewisApr 22, 20261.0I have not received my mail in over a week now. I had letter mail on my Informed Delivery dashboard not show up. I was due to have medication delivered one day. I received a notification that it was delivered to my front door/porch. When I got home there was no package. Ring camera footage showed the mailman pull up in front of my house at the exact time the notification stated it was delivered, however the footage showed he never exited the vehicle. I have filed multiple complaints & am still not receiving my mail. I have lived many places & this is the first time I’ve had an issue with my mail being stolen/tampered with.

I have never been so frustrated and disappointed as I am today, I was publicly discriminated by said employee. I visited this location multiple times in hopes of getting fingerprints done, every time I was greeted by the same employee, every time she told me to come back some other day/time until I finally asked if she could give me a time and day when I can get this done, she finally told me to just go elsewhere because she “had too much going on to help me” when the lobby was completely empty. Her tone and demeanor was repulsive and I can’t help but feel discriminated against. If you are offering these services you should at least be willing to provide them. This lady should be ashamed of her behavior.
