- JHJordan “JO JO” HowardJul 11, 20265.0Slow Service. It's a post office. I don't want to feel rushed, ok. They speak very little, which help when overwhelmed. Don't take to much time. Go in, know what you want to do, then leave. Becareful, though, Reese Road is a death trap.
- MMmaryJun 13, 20261.0Everytime, I have sent out of this location (3 times in the past year) and it has somehow miraculously gotten lost EVERYTIME. Once? Possible. Twice? Maybe. Three times? That suggests someone’s taking mail to me whether in office or in their mailing routes. Pandora jewelry? Missing - refunded me because I thankfully did insurance. Pillow for friend? Missing - still waiting on response 10 days and was suppose to take 3 days to deliver. Will be requesting a refund if they can’t find it. Birthday card sent same time as the pillow? Also not yet delivered 10 days later. If you want your stuff to actually reach their destination - send it from another area.

Other times a neighbor a street over brings it by because I guess reading the address of the place the mail is being sent to is too much trouble. Makes me wonder how much mail we never receive and will never know about. Whoever thought giving usps the "last mile" delivery needs to lose their job.
