- SSSteveAug 26, 20261.0Had a problem getting a package shipped when my wife asked for help, the lady at the counter was rude and belligerent, the customer service is horrible.

I suggest taking the time to travel to other nearby USPS locations in the area if you are in need of speedy and trustworthy package delivery. This is the only center where I have had to wait in long lines and they have lost numerous packages. The USPS facilities in Fruitland and by Salisbury University are phenomenal and what you would expect from the USPS. Avoid delivering anything here if you can. It is not worth the frustration or disappointment.

They could care less that people were there for atleast 30 mins. Worst experience ever. I encourage no one to go unless it’s very necessary
