- SYS YoungApr 22, 20261.0Deserves zero stars. Mail is frequently delivered to the wrong address. Today I went out to get my and found the wrong mail delivered. I flagged down the driver as he was coming back up our road and told him. He read off the numbers as they are on my mailbox and I told him what the numbers on the mail are which are similar but not the same. He said oh and grabbed the mail and started to drive away. I asked where my mail was and he said that he guessed I didn’t have any today. No the dumb jerk most likely put it in the wrong box but was too lazy to go back and fix his mistake. Legally I can’t go through other mailboxes looking for MY mail so I am screwed. I am waiting for something important and hoping that whoever does have my mail today doesn’t just throw it out. Trying to call the number to make a complaint doesn’t do anything because you have to argue with an ai before you can get a human who just takes a report. Going to the post office in person isn’t much better because you get attitude from so called management there if you dare to make a complaint.

There are seveeal employees walking around, cross train them in peak hours so you don’t keep customers waiting or create an environment where one employee is having to move so quickly mistakes are made

I filed a complaint online, and I get a lady on the phone that speaks broken english from the Salisbury post office and all she can tell me is I need to watch my cameras because they arent required to leave anything on the back steps that its my responsibility that packages dont get stolen. Wow, thats how you treat your customers? Funny, every previous mail carrier we've had never had a problem doing this.
