- DBDebbie BaileyAug 6, 20265.0Your store employees are fast, efficient, and accurate. It’s not the easiest to get parking at but I will continue to bring UPS business to you. For awhile, Amazon only allowed Staples to do returns. It was always a scary experience since you do not get in hand proof that you returned goods to them (only an email). I had a couple items that I did not get credit for because they didn’t secure the item with the label well enough. Amazon claimed to have never received the items.

I planted myself in line ready to be waiting for a while. To my surprise I made it to the front of the line way sooner than I had anticipated. Though extremely busy, Emily and her coworker (never got his name) were very helpful and made my transaction easy as can be! It turns out The UPS Store DOESNT have to be a dreadful chore.
