  Gavin was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He took the time needed to make sure I was familiar with all the features of the alarm system. He was able to isolate the problem quickly and affect the proper resolution. He was a pleasure to work with.

  Battery in system failed. Scheduled repair. Gavin B. showed up 15 min EARLY, completed repair, fixed a few other minor items, helped with app on phone. Company-make sure you keep him. FANTASTIC employee!!!

  We had Alarm Engineering out for some work recently and the entire experience was outstanding. Gavin was the technician who handled everything, and he was absolutely top-notch. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the system was set up perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about doing a job right, but Gavin definitely does. If you’re using Alarm Engineering, I highly recommend asking for Gavin — he represents the company extremely well. Couldn’t be happier with the service. 5 stars all the way.
