  Our fire alarm system was activated and we were not sure what was going on- we found HVAC units were causing water to flow into our alarm in a room causing a shortage in the alarm and another alarm was weak(old) and Gavin B came out and was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable on the system and quickly resolved the issue. He was very pleasant and personable to work with. He assured us if we had any other concerns to reach out and left his business contact information.

  I’m glad we had Sean B come out to inspect our alarm system and make sure everything was working properly. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate the system, explain how everything worked, and answer all of our questions. His expertise gave us confidence that our alarm system was functioning as it should.

  I am the hospital manager of an animal hospital. We had Gavin come and replace our alarm touchpad. Not only was he knowledgeable he was also extremely friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would welcome him back anytime. Great guy!

  Gavin B was the technician who fixed several issues with my alarm system. It has been in service for over 20 years, so it is going to fail sometimes. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Very friendly as well. An asset to Alarm Engineering.
