  We paid extra to have our package delivered at a specific time because we knew it had to be signed for. We even received a text confirmation of the time that we paid extra for but the driver delivered it when we were not home and said that they will not be delivering it again until Monday. I called the 800 number bc I can’t call the distribution center directly, talked to four different people to be told that they sent an “urgent message” about our package and how we needed it delivered today. We were told we would get a phone call back from the distribution center. I called at 1:48pm and it is now 5:48pm and have yet to hear from them and also our tracking information still says Monday. This is unacceptable and lazy due to the fact that you did not go in your records to see that we requested this change. This has caused issues for my husband because he leaves on a flight Monday and will not have what he needs for his job because of your incompetence.

  Called to have them forward address misalignment along with other Salisbury FedEx branch to Eastern Shore management of FedEx 9 months ago, FedEx continues to mis-deliver large packages to the wrong geolocation, UPS and USPS do not make this mistake.

  Just plain lazy and do not care one bit, I’ve been ordering stuff for my wedding and it either gets delayed and shows up damaged or I get a notification saying it’s been damaged because of the seller description of handling. Just a way to shift blame. stuff comes missing or just doesn’t come at all. Took me two months to get a thing of energy drinks I ordered and they were busted and missing 3

  Fast in and out. Just had to give him my ID and I got my package. Teller was positive and very friendly. It is way out past the airport in Salisbury but a little ride is nice to relax.

  I don't know if this is where the trucks with packages come from or how it works but this review is for fedex in general. TRASH service. I'm sitting here in my apartment as I watch the truck go by and then 4 minutes later I get a notification saying " delivery attempted nobody home " HMMM????
