I went for passport service made appointment and the lady said rudely that pictures were not going to be taken even when I had booked the appointment for it. I came back around 1:20 with appointment and she didn’t want to attend me because she was on lunch I wanted to wait until she was finished with lunch so I can turn in my forms and she said to make an appointment again because it was too late (passport hours ends at 3) . Really nasty people

Oh there’s usually only one person up front at a time as well who also doesn’t care about their job.
