- NDNader DavariJul 29, 20261.0I mailed my federal and state tax returns through your post office using certified mail and paid a significant amount for that service, expecting my documents to be delivered promptly and securely. Unfortunately, the IRS did not receive my check until July 10, 2026. The excessive delay in delivery resulted in my having to pay $370.00 in late fees and interest—an expense that could have been avoided if my certified mail had been delivered in a timely manner. I paid extra for certified mail because I expected reliable service. Instead, I experienced an unacceptable delay that caused me financial harm. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and hope you will investigate what caused this delay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The whole while, we’re all watching the woman next to her push out like 3 customers. Then! When I get to the front, she starts being rude and being like “First of all…” To me when I’m actually being nice. What the heck.
