Iam searching for a package that i put in the rotating metal drum a few days ago for delivery and has not status update. There was no way for me to actually tell usps that they have my package and that theres been no updates nor does the help section show any information regarding finding your lost package. I have a package at usps just sitting there and no one is taking car of it. Horrible service

I use this post office frequently when I am in this area for pre-paid drop-offs. There are multiple self-service kiosks which mean if you are just dropping off pre-paid packages, you can skip the line and scan them in yourself. The staff are always very polite and friendly. I have never had a package lost at this post office and have shipped thousands through it. The only issue is, if you need to work with a clerk for something, lines are often very long.

two women at the desks, only one working. i got her at 11:30 for my 11:45 appt, there were three other families waiting, one of which was still waiting for their 11:15 appt, and still is (im writing this in the store). only 4 chairs to wait in, all of which were taken so i, an iron deficient teenager had to stand and wait. the whole place was surprisingly dirty. my family was just talking about how slow everything is going with the other families who are still waiting. worst experience i have ever had.
