- TLT Leng2 days ago2.0Compared with other UPS stores I have been in before, the customer service here is not as good. I did not feel being treated kindly and professionally . I would not say they were rude, but they seem impatient when you interact with them. They didn’t thank you for your business or say goodbye to you after you made payment and left the store.

I forgot to put tape on my package, and they refused to give me even a small piece of tape. I don’t think refusing such a simple courtesy is good customer service. Very disappointing.
