- UUutube3009Sep 9, 20261.0This was by far the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. I came in simply to drop off a pre-labeled package that was too heavy for me to lift, so I brought it in using a hand truck. Instead of offering assistance, the middle aged male employee (who appeared to be of S. Asian/Indian decent) told me to scan it myself on the counter. When I explained that I was physically unable to lift the box that high, he scoffed and cut me off. He eventually walked over to scan it, but continued making sarcastic remarks about how to do it myself, acting as though helping a customer was an inconvenience. His condescending attitude and dismissive behavior were completely unacceptable.
- FLFirst LastSep 6, 20261.0The sole lady at the counter actually sits in a chair near the back room scrolling on her phone, or sits up front talking to people on FaceTime, and lets her young kid run around the store yelling and crying. She occasionally goes to the back to loudly reprimand him. I went here for fingerprinting which took over an hour to complete, because the machine had much difficulty reading my fingerprints. Other customers, and the employee herself, kept making snide remarks among each other complaining about how long I was taking, and seemed to think that it was my fault. The entrance door is always left fully open, and it was warm and humid inside, almost certainly making the fingerprinting process more difficult. I assume they don't have AC. Genuinely just a bad place, not sure what else to say. If you have extremely basic package shipping needs it might be fine.
