- ATAzeb Tamrat3 days ago5.0A well managed & supervised store. Daniel, the manager is the epitome of professionalism. He helped me finding a perfect scanner and printer and I am very happy with it. . His service is superb and he is very hospitable as well. Another associate in the store is Esther. She is very personable as well as highly skilled in her customer service. Thank you for making my experience pleasant, I will definitely return. Keep Thriving!
- JRJames Kelly (Realpeoplez)Sep 27, 20265.0they made me wait 50 minutes just to tell me I can make my business cards online, I didn't appreciate the customer service
- SBSara Beth BanachSep 11, 20262.0This location is doing a poor job of trying to be too many different stores. Now, there is an Amazon Bins section full of junk and a Party City section. Why am I coming to an office supply store for a Halloween costume, balloons, game consoles, and returned dog food??? And the poor staff that was already stretched thin are clearly struggling to keep up. Meanwhile, stationary shelves are empty and selection is lacking still over a month after school has begun. Prices on many items I was interested in are 2x the cost online. (But, I understand that’s not something the location can control.) Overall a poor experience, I can’t say I’m interested in returning.

- EEESOAug 29, 20261.0Rockville store #0912 is the worst Staples I have ever seen. Ordered 3 items all showing multiple in stock for store pickup. Then got note saying one item not available despite it showing 3 available in the store. Tried to call to speak with someone and been on hold for 32 minutes so far. Finally spoke with someone who refused to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me. Avoid this store. Terrible customer service. I bet the "owner" will reply to this review saying customer service is very important to us and then do nothing to actually fix the issues at this store. Corporate needs to come in and audit this store if they actually care about improving the customer experience.
