  The tech assistance at this store is amazing! I was having quite a bit of problems with the ink carriage with my older HP printer. I first went to another place that sells them up the street who said that they could no longer offer assistance with hardware issues, only software. That's the last time I go to that store. So then I tried Staples. That's where I met Henry. Wow!!! He tried his best to get the carriage to function properly but it was evident that it was time for a new printer. He knew everything about all of the new ones on the market, and guided me to the right one for me to purchase. He then made sure that I was taking advantage of any specials Staples was offering. He was truly a gem. Staples is so lucky to have him, and from what I understand he has been there a very long time. Make sure to treat him right Staples! Employees like him are very hard to find these days.

  Staples is changing for the better—full inventory and a clean, neat store. Frankly, I don't take the time to do price comparisons. I'm retired and don't want to waste time comparing.

  Do NOT use this staples location to drop off your Amazon returns. They misplace items and do not provide any support when contacting them. They’ll tell you to contact the vendor and see if you can get a refund that way. Update: it has been two weeks since I dropped my item off. Amazon is claiming that staples has not scanned the return code, therefore, the drop off is still “pending”. It looks like I’m not the only customer facing the same issue. I’m not sure if these items are being stolen but something is very sketchy.

  I went to Staples to scan artwork that will eventually be published. Unfortunately, I had to wait quite a while before being helped. When a staff member from the printing department finally assisted me, his tone was very rude and dismissive. I was not familiar with the proper printing terminology to explain exactly what I needed, but I would have appreciated more patience and willingness to listen. Instead, I felt rushed and dismissed throughout the interaction. He simply told me I could use the printers for scanning without taking time to understand my needs. I had also planned to create a sign and fully intended to start the process there, but his attitude was so off-putting and intimidating that I decided against it. I will be looking for another printing store for my needs.
