  This location’s staff does not care. I needed one item on my wedding day, so I got there as soon as they opened. I waited more than 10 minutes for a cashier to show their face. Two employees were staring at me from across the store and didn’t react. I had to leave without the item and it actually threw off the entire day’s schedule. Thanks for the wedding day memories, Staples!! Go to the nearby Michael’s if you can.

  I came in on 8/9 between 12pm and 1:30pm. My friend was returning an Amazon item. The line was long and when we entered the line, there was one woman working at the moment. A second young lady came in a few moments later to assist with Amazon returns and dispel the very long line. When my friend finally was called, Esther assisted us with my friends (long) return lol. She was kind and greeted us and started with the returns. The phon was ringing, and she attempted to assist the phone call and my friend. She called for other staff members to assist the phone call and gave very clear communication about what the phone caller would need. She informed the caller about attempting to call for assistance and politely asked if they would wait for a moment because the amazon line was so long and (there was very limited staff present). Her professionalism, kindness, honesty and customer service was very telling of her character. And she did this WHILE helping my friend with returns. Esther, you are amazing!

  As a frequent Staples customer I have long appreciated Staples commitment to supporting teachers, students and communities. I am grateful for the many ways Staples invests in education.

  Overpriced, no one is ever available to assist you or help you find anything. When you do, the people who worked there sometimes, act as though they do not want to be bothered. I always get good when I am dropping off packages at the UPS area. Those employees there are pretty nice. I cannot said that about the others. When you have a problem, and you may want to speak with the manager , about the problem, they are either on break or off that particular day. I was given a number to call back, however, I was never called back about my complaint snd concerns. This is not good customer service.
