  This is the worst FedEx. Unprofessional staff. They will see you standing in line & not even acknowledge you. Their lines make no sense; sometimes they are in the front, sometimes on the side, but there is never any direction from the staff which line is which. Terribly run FedEx, with staff who just dont care. I try to use the self serve kiosk whenever possible to avoid interacting with the staff but sometimes it's unavoidable, unfortunately.

  There are people—specifically one or two individuals—working at this establishment who have completely run out of patience. This is a difficult situation because a large number of people come here seeking service; however, some of the staff members here simply have no patience left. I am making this comment in the hope that they might improve—something we truly need. We need you, just as you need us; but when dealing with the public, one must often exercise patience.
