- DSD.R. SJun 26, 20261.0I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after multiple experiences at this post office, I felt compelled to share my feedback. The employee working the postal counter is consistently one of the most unfriendly and unprofessional customer service representatives I’ve encountered. A few months ago, I visited to complete my passport application and was treated very rudely. At the time, I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they were simply having a bad day—we all have those. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was no different. Their attitude toward simple questions and routine transactions was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I also watched the customer ahead of me receive the same treatment, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated incident. Customer service should never make people feel like they’re an inconvenience. If someone is unhappy in a customer-facing role, that frustration shouldn’t be taken out on the customers. I sincerely hope the Post Master addresses this issue because everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

My customers pay extra money for certified mail to make sure it's safe and secure no matter what they continue to drop the ball. Please try and improve!
