- TWTroy Williams6 days ago1.0WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! I am a realtor and I used the EDDM service to send postcards promoting a weekend open house. This was on route C011 out of the Offutt Rd, Randallstown Post office which has 541 homes on the route.after discovering one neighbor got 2 postcards and another none, I decided to walk around and survey the neighborhood. I knocked on 50 doors, and discovered more than half of the owners homes did not receive the 6x11 postcard. And some others received 2 postcards. Upon going to the post office and speaking to the postmaster and other staff, the carrier admitted he did deliver 2 to several addresses, which is proof that others had to receive 0 since the exact amount was placed in the bundles I dropped off. Yet when it came to giving me a refund, she would only give a partial amount, claiming she had full faith her carrier had done the deliveries. I told her that because I paid $244.84 for the postcards and $140.66 postage I would not settle for less than a full refund of the postage becasue I lost money on the production of the cards not delivered. I even called one of the neighbors who vouched for the fact she received 2 and others received none, and yet the postmaster still refused to budge, claiming those could be people I know and put up to saying that. That was very insulting! So I am out $385 and got less than half of my deliveries because the carrier either erred or is intentionally lazy and skipped delivery. I want all of my money back, and this post office is absolutely a disaster from management to customer service to wait times to deliveries. It should be completely restaffed if I am being honest and the customer reviews online are all the additional proof that is needed.
