- LVLennart De vriesSep 8, 20261.0Terrible unfriendly people and even worse service. I came in with two packages with the boxes all ready to go. At the counter the gentlemen said:”It still needs to be taped!” Every other UPS store we previously lived, always just wrapped it with a smile. Then I said:”well the tape it there, can I borrow it for a second?” He said:”No, that’s my tape, you can buy one yourself, or I can charge you $2,- per box”. So rude and unfriendly.

It’s literally 5 mins away from where I live…and I swore the last time I used them would be the last time…but today I was passing by and why not??! Might as well pop in and get the job done, drop a simple parcel off with a prepaid label. EVERY SINGLE TIME YOUR MET WITH A LEVEL OF ARROGANCE AND QUITE FRANKLY TWO VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF. They messed up my husband’s notary, they gave incorrect and misleading information regarding postal times for tax returns. And today, again, unhelpful. Learnt my lesson. I’ll driver further out to not go somewhere so close.

The lady at the counter was not only rude but also made comments that felt racially insensitive and dismissive, particularly towards African Americans and Jews. Customer service is essential, and I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, and I hope they can address this issue for future patrons.
