The lady at the counter was not only rude but also made comments that felt racially insensitive and dismissive, particularly towards African Americans and Jews. Customer service is essential, and I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, and I hope they can address this issue for future patrons.
