  Anita is the most amazing person. I have been to so many ups stores and she is by far the most helpful and MOST knowledgeable of all the associates I have come to encounter. She knows the Amazon then process, has the customer service number on speed dial and always helps in any way possible. I am so grateful for Anita. So grateful!

  Though the store was crowded with holiday mailings, the staff worked effectively and efficiently and kept the line moving. Great job!

  The worst UPS store ever! The manager of this store is so rude as well as the staff called Olanzo. I had observed the manager be rude to a customer before. I didn’t think it would happen to me but it did, over the most trivial thing. Simply because I asked why they would charge $7 to tape my package after I paid $8 to buy a box from them, The staff Olanzo got rude too because since the manager is rude, I guess it’s their store policy to be rude. I asked for the manager’s name but he blatantly refused to give his name. I don’t know why UPS will lose money keeping people like that as staff. I can’t imagine how much customers have been lost for that reason. I will contact corporate.
