- PMpaula M4 days ago1.0This post office is awful! I went on Friday 7/3 between 10 and 11 a.m. There was one clerk. She was on her cell phone the entire time. She never made eye contact and mumbled what ever popped up on the screen. Something about liquid or hazardous. She is till on her cell phone. I get my receipt and she tosses the box into a bin. I go back out to get a package that I forgot. I go back in shes still on her cell phone. I get to the counter she flings the little door open, looks at me like I stink. She’s still slumped in the chair on her cell phone and mumbling. At the end of the transaction I asked for a receipt. She tells me “the machine won’t give me one” now mind you I just Got a receipt with the first package. This post office is the worst. I will only go there if I don’t have time to drive to Mt Washington. They are rude and unprofessional.

Then she calls me at 3:45 to say :reschedule to somewhere else we have nobody for passport processing". Cannot think of a worse place than this.

No one wants to bother the employees so you end up with people taking 15 minutes per item because they don’t know what to do. Please hire more staff if you only have one self serve kiosk.
