The sign said they were closed for lunch, and it was 4:00 in the afternoon. There were enough people there for a stadium. Thank goodness I had prepaid labels and I was able to drop my packages off in one of their bins without having to wait for service

I use this PO often. This day I went in and it was busy. One man asked the same question 3 times, the clerk answered it 3 times, this representative was patient. My turn to be helped, I was told I had the wrong envelope for what I was trying to send and that it would cost me $35 to send. I thought about the importance of what I was sending and decided it would be fine to use priority handling. I had fully completed the address to where I was sending the information, but did not have my return address on the envelope. I was told to step away from her and go and fill out my name which would take less than a few seconds. She called the next person, that person need to leave the front part of the office and get a box, when that person left I said you ready for me, I was told she will be back, mind you I only needed 30 seconds to write my name, that I had been writing for over 59 years. OK I waited for them to talk about costume that she had purchased and how they enjoyed buying packages from this store. Then the clerk proceeded to assist the individual with taping the box, all this while I am still standing, Waiting for the clerk to stamp my priority envelope and place it in the bin.
This was the worst show of disrespect and time management I ever experienced. When my time came to give her my money, why was Miss Clerk upset when the question was asked how was your service today. When I chose the sad face, can anyone tell me why she was upset?
The clerk was wrong, I felt that was the type of service I received.
I have vented now I feel better. Whew relief 😌
