- UAUsawa AndweleMay 1, 20261.0I hate the UPS Store due to their lackluster customer service and expensive pricing. The cost to print a lable is actually $5, really! Not at staples. Go to Staples! They only charge $.34 to print the label and off you go.

- LDLady D1Mar 16, 20261.0UPDATE THE UPS STORE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!! I REPORTED THEM TO BBB AND FILED A POLICE REPORT FOR THEIF!! I drop off a package and the young man at this location he has dreads and was wearing blue glasses give me the wrong tracking information. I believe he stole my package once he saw where it was from!! I should’ve went to the rotunda. Moving forward make sure y’all tracking number matches with your items!!! Also when every other UPS store is open this one is closed. Apparently it’s private owned.
