I was blown away by the customer service by Ray Griffin. I went into the store with what I thought would be a complicated project of printing some pictures for a collage. I had hard copies of 8x11 and needed smaller pictures. He single handedly took control and used my phone to find the originals and then was able to create perfect glossy pictures in the perfect size.
Ray totally exceeded my expectations!! Thanks Staples and Ray.

I’ve visited this Staples location multiple times and had interactions with an employee named Mary, who works in the returns/shipping area for Amazon and other third-party package returns. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion, her attitude toward customers has come across as rude, impatient, and unprofessional.
The first time I experienced it, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe she was just having a bad day. However, during another visit a few weeks later, I observed the same behavior not only toward me but toward several other customers waiting in line. There was visible frustration in her facial expressions, huffing and puffing, eye-rolling, and a dismissive tone when speaking to people.
Customer service matters, especially in a busy return department where customers are already waiting in long lines. Everyone has stressful days, but repeatedly speaking to customers with irritation and disrespect reflects poorly on the store overall.
I hope management addresses this professionally because customers should feel welcomed and treated with basic respect.
