  The service in the printing center was horrible. The cards had to be reprinted twice and still ended up being cut off center

  I'm very thankful to still have an office supply store that has reasonable pricing unlike the UPS Store. I've visited this location for over 10 years. It's one of the few left. They now offer an Amazon area for returns (new to me). They offer outstanding customer service which I'm accustomed to from Staple employees. I hate the UPS Store due to their lackluster customer service and expensive pricing. The cost to print a lable is actually $5, really! Not at Staples. Staples charges $.34 to print the label and off you go.

  I had a rush job and the sales associate informed me that they would do their best to meet my last-minute request. They did and the quality of my print job was excellent -- paper and sharpness of the print color. Very satisfied with the service I received.

  I had a positive experience at Staples in Pikesville Maryland. I was intimidated to ask questions, sometimes I feel like people think you should know this. I look at one young man behind the counter and immediately he came to help me, I needed 3 copies of 3 documents, totalling 9 copies, he did it for me and he was so helpful. He didn't make me feel in the way. Young people still will help, when they are asked properly.

  Pretty solid store for office supplies and Amazon returns. Would definitely be a smoother experience with 2 people to work the return computers in case there are people with more than a few returns to make. Would be less stress, and likely mistakes, with 2 people instead of the one whenever I make a return. Staples could get more money from Amazon by being a great location for a return center (maybe?) and that would get a few young people a good customer service job. Just a thought being thrown out there, could be a win-win-win situation
