- BBBrandon BowlinApr 28, 20262.0Went in there today to receive my mail that was being held, due to a tree taken out my mailbox . My biggest problem I had was I not receiving a certified letter I was waiting on which I had to sign for ,instead of bringing it to my door , or even Notifying me, the post office sent it back to sender . I was Trying to ask my person questions, about my mail but could not hear because the other woman was yelling so loud at her customer.i had to leave . This was a very odd Experience.

Lately there are either people scrolling on the phone at the front desk- or people yelling and cranky- today the clerk was just snapping at everyone! She yelled about people not doing their jobs properly when someone returned a letter from their P.O. Box - then was yelling at people for coming in to pick up packages the last hour. Clearly she as overwhelmed- can they get an additional clerk for the last hour if it’s that bad? When I was having trouble completing my transaction- she reached across and pressed green ( good) for how was everything today? It was not green/good. Why do I have to submit that with the employee looking at it before I can finalize my business?? I guess this clerk had a bad day- but on Friday, last hour when folks get out of work - it will be busy
- RARebekah AskewFeb 12, 20263.0Here now at the perryville post office, cashier is very nice and hard working ,so many people in line, service is slow, they need help. Atleast 2 employees need to be at the register smh been in here for awhile. Let’s do better perryville in Jesus name
