  Julio and Hemal were SO helpful. I couldn’t make it to the store until 6:55 from work, hoping to still get my print done as I had a flight the next day and they said no problem ! I worked in retail and know how much of a pain it can be when someone comes in right before close and they did so with such a positive attitude! They even let me use my cardstock/paper and made sure the borders were correct on my print! Will definitely be back!

  Everytime I go into UPS Pasadena, Chris is always super helpful! I have to ship large mascot costumes for repairs a few times a year and it used to stress me out with having to pack it. Chris has helped me multiple times and always packs it for me and will find the most efficient and cost effective way. Sending to Canada can cost a pretty penny so I really appreciate him looking out for me.
