  I've only been a few times but every time I have, the staff have been very friendly specifically Eden. The service is also outstanding as well.

  The employees are always super friendly and helpful. I go to several different UPS stores bthis is my new preferred store.

  After the longest workday and a to-do list a mile long, I had to make a last-minute trip to UPS to complete a return before they closed on the final day I could send it back. Needless to say, I was tired and a little frazzled, but Eden was an absolute joy! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly patient as I navigated my uncertainty about how to complete the return. She was kind, helpful, and never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. What could have easily been one more stressful task at the end of a long day turned into such a pleasant experience because of her. Great customer service can make such a difference, especially on days when someone really needs a little extra kindness. Eden definitely did that for me. Thank you, Eden!

  The girl named Fiore at the counter was especially helpful, my dad has trouble sometimes with package directions and she cleared it up and was very knowledgeable. I like this location!
