- LRLeslie RandallAug 23, 20261.0I went to report that an entire day of mail was never received per my USPS Informed Delivery. My mailman told me to go to the post office and report it. When I get up to the window and I explain the situation, Sierra, the person behind the window, in a loud voice says "so what am I supposed to do". Then says I will look in the back. She walks to the back and was gone about 4 minutes before returning to say she didn't find anything. Quality customer service is definitely a thing of the past...for the most part. Monday morning I will attempt to speak with someone of authority at USPS, because post office 21234 has to be one of the worst post offices I've ever been in.

- OAover arrenJun 30, 20261.0My mailbox is the exact height and distance from the curb as required by USPS and you still managed to break my mailbox. Your driver's are getting worse and worse. Delivering medications to completely wrong addresses, lazy package deliveries, and now damaging personal property. There's a reason no one likes going to this post office.

There was a line and the moment it was my turn to be seen an African American lady name Lafita or something like that immediately looked at me and said “No I cannot take you, this place doesn’t pay me enough and I’m not going to sit here and waste my time with it” I was confused and told her I don’t know the protocol. She then said “go to the back of the line and you will be seen by someone else because I’m not going to do it” then she proceeded to shut the window. I was embarrassed and disrespected. This was my first experience and it was horrible. She needs to be written up for being distasteful and unprofessional.
