  We had a very disappointing experience here. The guy standing at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had a very large box to drop off, and he instructed us where to put it. After we placed it there, he told us to put it on top of another box even though there was barely any space. My dad and I were clearly struggling to lift and position such a large box, and this employee just stood there watching us without offering any help. My dad is a heart patient, which made the situation even more concerning. Thankfully, another guy working in the back noticed that we were struggling and that someone could get hurt. He immediately came over and told us to leave the box and that he would take care of it. What made the experience even worse was that the guy at the front was laughing instead of helping. I saw a review posted by Robin that included a picture, and that is exactly the same employee I am talking about. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional.

  Poooooorr Customer service and demeanor with a condescending tone. Telling other customers “ not to piss him off” for requesting he, curly head shorter gentleman” to complete a task correctly. In the past, I’ve personally experienced inappropriate behavior for a business servicing the public. May the location lose business and ultimately sell and hire new workers. Date of visit 7/13 @ 5pm. Do better. I’ll never return and will share with every person listening. This review will additional be sent to UPS and Yelp.
