He completely ignored me.\n I had to get out the line and try to fix it myself. I work in customer service and I would never do that. To a customer, I would help them clearly.This employee needs to be trained and what customer service is

The shoe tht was missing was rare not many in circulation but I saw a sale on a platform tht reflects the same shoe tht was missing. I returned to the store and requested to speak with the manager but no one had useful information. My name is Ronald, can anyone suggest further action I can take?

Timur, despite being the only associate available at this time, was very patient, calming and professional. He made what could've been a disastrous situation, very pleasant. You rarely come across such exceptional customer service so I wanted to make sure he received proper acknowledgement.
