- PSPaige SchankApr 28, 20263.0Small office and no kiosk. You have to trust packages will get scanned when prepaid (they do a good job) but the line is usually long with only 1 or 2 people working. Employees aren't friendly or helpful. I did have one experience when they wanted to charge me for a piece of tape when my self sealing mailer didn't stick well enough.

Have avoided young BRITTANY as I've seen unwarranted frustration taken out on some customers. However, in the last months, I've seen quite a turn around on her part. This past Sat, I went there 10 minutes before closing; the line was long, & BRITTANY serviced me. She has come a longgg way this last year and I had to make sure she knew that her service was O U T S T A N D I N G and appreciated. Watching Sheila AND Brittany knock out a line in a second was majical. Servicing the public is not easy and THEY have MASTERED this art. Thanks 21113!
