- DSDavid SzaboAug 7, 20261.0Had a very important package that was at this facility according to the tracking number. Came from Richmond, VA to DC, from there to Baltimore and from there to this facility. Only for them to ship it back to Silver Spring, MD. Your facility is literally 15 minutes away and you put the package on the wrong belt and truck to ship it back south. Now that package is late due to this error and went from being deliverd on August 6 to August 10....Doing a great job at this place.

Today I received a call from my Title Company saying they had sent a Certified Letter to me a month ago, but it had been returned. It said “unable to get signature of recipient”. This is news to me, since I thought after two attempts, the postal carrier was supposed to leave a note saying it was at the post office for me to come sign? I can’t be the only person who wasn’t home when they tried to deliver a Certified Letter. So now they have to try to mail it again. I can’t sit on my front porch all day, every day just waiting for the postman, so I hope it comes this time. And after so many horrible reviews, why is nothing being done to improve the services here?
