If you have time sensitive mail, confidential, financial or otherwise important pieces of parcel. Take them to the main office, open a PO box there. The patrick st location. They continually deliver mail based on house number not including the st. Share a home number with anyone close by? They probably have your mail. From missing packages to envelopes they are certified Chris Angels, its gone, but watch it reappear 3 weeks later crumpled up. A few mistakes a year is a mistake. A few times a month is an annoyance. At least once a week is unacceptable. Do better.
