I called the day before to ensure that I could bring my papers in to be shredded and I was told to bring them in the next day. I arrived at the store and they told me they couldn't except my bags. So they pretty much wasted my time, gas, and energy. The real reason for this post. This is the second time they've done this to me. I'm done with this location. I think I'll try FedEx. Good luck
