  I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I sent my mother to return a package on my behalf since I was far from home. My mother does not speak English well, but she did understand what was needed and had all the required information, including the email and return label. Normally, returns are very simple, just scanning the return label and confirming an email. However, the staff member assisting her was very rude and unwilling to help. Even though my mother was trying to complete the return properly, the employee did not want to assist her and was dismissive throughout the interaction. At one point, my mother asked if I could call the store for clarification. She even waited until the employee finished helping another package and was free, so I could call at an appropriate time. I called again, but when I got through, the employee simply hung up. She also said out loud, in front of my mother and other customers, that I should not be calling the store. I found that very unprofessional given the situation. My mother became very upset and ended up in tears because she felt ignored and not treated with basic respect. Eventually, it was another customer, not an employee, who kindly stepped in and helped her complete the return. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this was handled. Customer service should be respectful and willing to help, especially when a customer is clearly trying to complete a simple return. I will be taking my business to a different location moving forward.

  We had an excellent experience at this The UPS Store location, thanks to LaShawn. We needed to ship five boxes across the country ahead of a conference and coordinate having them held for pickup, which could have easily been complicated. LaShawn made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful over the phone, followed up with clear and timely emails, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. What really stood out was her follow-through—she personally called to confirm the shipment arrived, checked on the pickup, and ensured the return shipment went just as smoothly. That level of care and communication is rare. Truly outstanding service. Thank you, LaShawn!

  My friend and I just shipped out a TON of books we got from the book con we traveled in for. Ricardo and Elijah were insanely helpful! Great location, great service :)

  The location does not have dedicated parking. You will need to find street parking or use one of the parking garages and pay to park. Bottom line, there's no quick in and out at this location. After I arrived and realized I could not easily park near the store, I left and found a new location.

  This UPS store was great. Everyone was so kind and shoutout to Elijah. He went above and beyond to help me. I went to other stores and they weren’t helpful at all. I will come back for sure again for any of my needs. DESERVES A RAISE!!!
