Last time I waited so long got tired and left my package without been able to get a receipt. Today after 10mins I left and headed to post office at Riverdale park where I was attended to in less than 2mins. Sad that I can’t use my neighborhood post office. I understand passport applications take time so please get another clerk to handle those. Have 2 working clerks for a busy location with passport applications.
