- TTTroshockAug 19, 20261.0No self service machine, which is really annoying and inconvenient but whatever. So then when I asked for the guy to scan my labels he was totally rude and condescending for no reason. He said “If you wanna use a self service machine you can go to Frederick, we don’t do that here.” I have all my labels prepaid so all I need is a scan and print which I’ve had no problem doing at other locations. But instead he was trying to do it as if I was buying the labels in a way that makes no sense in which he very easily would mix up my packages. Big guy with tattoos clearly needs a new line of work, it’s like he had a problem with me the second I came through the door.
- KMKate MJul 10, 20261.0If you would like to renew a passport, please choose a different location. The staff here is super rude and unprofessional (the guy with a lot of tattoos was screaming at me and looked like he wanted get rid of a customer instead of helping me). Terrible!
